Leslie Wardman is a fifth generation Californian, born and raised in Los Angeles. Following a twenty-year career at ESPN, she decided to put her passion and natural talent for networking into what she calls the most important part of life, finding your significant other.

She then became the Matchmaker and Director for an international matchmaking company during the 1990's. Yet, she envisioned a more personal, hands-on approach. This vision is what led her to create Ambiance Matchmaking in 2002.

Leslie has guested on TV and radio shows, written columns for major publications, and is the author of Love, Dating & the Beatles. She is also the Founder of the Professional Matchmaking Network, an exclusive global networking tool for experienced matchmakers.

Taylor Wade
Cofounder

Taylor cofounded Ambiance Matchmaking in 2002 while studying International Business & Entrepreneurship. She always knew she wanted to start a business one day. Over the years, she helped grow the company into one of the leading high-end matchmaking companies in the industry with offices in 11 cities and 3 countries.
Today she helps hundreds of thousands of singles across the globe discover what it takes to be successful in dating and relationships by working with a team to curate content, create exclusive opportunities, and nurture online communities. She is also the host of her podcast, Date Smart. She is passionate about connecting with people on a deeper level, building a community with purpose, and creating content that helps people learn and grow.

Sena Eicher
Director & Recruiter

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Sena grew up with an intuitive sense of people and a natural understanding of the dynamics of relationships. Receiving her bachelor's in journalism from California State University, Northridge and working for a few years as a writer, she transitioned seamlessly into the professional matchmaking industry in 2010, starting at a firm in Beverly Hills helping upper-echelon singles find love. Having worked at two other matchmaking agencies before co-founding her own with a partner for two years, she later relocated to the Midwest after meeting her husband.

Sena now works as Ambiance Matchmaking's Director and Recruiter and feels truly at home with the Ambiance team. She is also a certified 200-hour yoga instructor, a dating coach, and has been married to her husband since 2015. Together, they have an incredible, beautiful little boy.

Director & Recruiter

Isabelle has grown the foundation to truly connect and understand people from different cultures and backgrounds. Originally from Montreal, Canada, she has lived in London, Mexico City, and is now based in San Francisco. She speaks English, French, and Spanish.

Isabelle has a Bachelors Degree from HEC Montreal in IT and Logistics. She began her career in sales and then found her calling in Ambiance Matchmaking. She loves being able to help our clients find their significant other.

Janet Jackson
Client Coordinator

Janet Jackson an irreplaceable part of our company. She ensures our members have a great dating experience by taking care of everything involved in your match, including coordinating your match at one of our partner restaurants, and receiving your feedback post-match in order to improve the matchmaking process.

Janet has a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Concordia University. She resides in Chicago, Illinois with her husband and two children. She considers her marriage and family the most important aspects of her life. These values are what drives her in helping Ambiance members find a meaningful relationship.
